Project Description:
The proposed development at 31
Goondoon Street will be a new landmark
building for the City of Gladstone. The
mixed use development will
accommodate 85 residential units over a
commercial/retail podium and 3 levels of
basement car-parking.  Throughout the
approvals process AVA worked closely
with Council and the client, to facilitate a
successful media launch and community
acceptance of the proposal.  The dual
tower configuration allows for excellent
natural ventilation, solar access and
views over the river and beyond.  All units
are of generous proportions and feature
over sized balconies to suit the warm
climate.
