The proposed building presents an attractive modern styled complex with quality finishes and strong articulation to William, Lord and Church Street. The ground floor contains commercial and retail facilities including cafes, restaurants and the complex swimming pool aimed at activating the street. A total of 78, serviced and residential apartments over 8 storeys wrap around the 3 site frontages. The facades are characterised by framed masonry elements and ‘floating’ balcony ledges which return the corner to the next elevation. Each elevation is further punctured by window elements set in panelled terracotta tiles. This gives the elements a rhythm along the street front and unites the three building forms.
