Concord Private Hospital is a modern three storey facility located in Western Sydney. The operating theatres have been designed to cater to a leading group of health professionals who diagnose and treat patients for a wide range of procedures. AVA were able to achieve rigorous budget constraints by combining complex BCA upgrades with fire engineered solutions to provide:-

8 private rooms each with ensuite,
4 bed high dependency unit,
7 bed recovery ward,
3 operating theatres with 7 pre op beds.

One operating theatre is a state of the art angio suite with a separate 9 bed recovery ward. The interior design is contemporary, with a fresh and natural feel to give a new lease of life to a preloved building.
