This iconic Functionalist Style building has served as a car sales and service building since 1938. The adaptive reuse of this heritage listed building proposes to integrate a number of new uses into the building including a small supermarket with associated parking, a private hospital facility, commercial and medical tenancies and four high end residential units on levels 6, 7 and 8 with associated parking & direct lift access.

A key principle of the adaptive reuse of heritage buildings is to retain and where appropriate repair the building such that it remains recognisable and can be enjoyed & interpreted by future generations.
