The Dalgety, Townsville
The Dalgety derives its name from the original wool store and merchant building on the site established by the Dalgety family in the last century. AVA worked closely with the Townsville Council heritage planners to ensure the streetscape and podium levels retained their original detailing. The building is in the very heart of the Townsville CBD, and overlooks the city and the sea. Twenty one storeys tall, this landmark building is North Queensland’s tallest residential tower. It hosts, 211, one, two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses, each encapsulating a casual sophistication with simple lines, clean aesthetic and expansive views.
