East Sydney Private Hospital

This iconic Functionalist Style building has served as a car sales and service building since 1938. The adaptive reuse of this heritage listed building proposes to integrate a number of new uses into the building including a private hospital facility, commercial and medical tenancies on level 4-8 with associated parking at level 3.

A key principle of the adaptive reuse of heritage buildings is to retain and where appropriate repair the building such that it remains recognisable and can be enjoyed & interpreted by future generations.
