149 Castlereagh Street is a prominently located city building.  In need of rejuvenation, the clients key objective was to redevelop and realise the potential of the site.

The result has been an A grade commercial building.  Clad with natural sandstone, the ground floor exterior makes a strong statement with a glazed curtain wall facade rising above and consistent with the existing Castlereagh Streetscape.

The building presents a strong pedestrian identity with a double height commercial entry lobby displaying elegant finishes that continue the theme of natural Australia with bluestone and timber veneers.
