25 Macquarie Road is a large site in the Blacktown local government area with 6  4 storey buildings over a basement car park.  AVA resolved significant technical issues associated with an existing approval and reimagined the development to create contemporary low scale apartment dwellings set in landscape gardens. 

Complex levels allow terracing of the buildings to achieve optimal privacy and landscaped outlooks for each dwelling.
